Q. What type of water does the house have?
A. The house is on well water. The is a water sanitizer installed in the house. The sanitizer will give the water a cloudy appearance when it first comes out of the faucet. This is normal. The water is fine. It clears in less than a minute. The system will also cause the pipes to vibrate slightly when you first turn on the water. This is also normal and part of the normal operation. There is a notice from the manufacturer on the sink in the kitchen which gives more detail on this information.
Q. What type of heating does the house have?
A. The house uses propane has heat. See the Important Points of Contact page for information on contracting AmeriGas if you experience heating problems at the house.
Q. Who is the phone/cell provider?
A. Verizon – We have installed a landline at the house to ensure that you always have a phone to make a call out and a number where you can be reached at the Lake. Cell service is spotty. Verizon has the best coverage. AT&T works at the end of the driveway.

Q. When do I have access to the house?
A. Owners have access to the house every three weeks in a rotational schedule. (1,2,3,1,2,3)
Q. What if I can’t use the house on one of my “On” weeks?
A. You need to trade one of your “On” weeks for an “On” week of another owner?
Q. Can I use this house if it’s not my “On” week?
A. You must get permission from the “On” week owner to use this house if it is an “Off” week for you. Permission is up to the discretion of the “On” week owner for that week. A vacant house is not an open house. If it’s not your week, ask permission or trade.
